Importers with any potential connection to Xinjiang must trace supply chains and demonstrate goods were not produced with forced labour.

Rebut presumption
If goods are detained, importers must provide clear and convincing evidence to CBP that goods were not produced with forced labour.

Monitor entity list
Importers must regularly monitor the CBP entity list and ensure supply chains do not connect to listed entities.
