Entities with annual consolidated revenue over AUD 100M that carry on business in Australia.

   Prepare a statement addressing seven mandatory criteria, including supply chain risk assessment and due diligence processes.

   Statement must be approved by the principal governing body and signed by a responsible member.

   Public disclosure
