Scope

Larger Norwegian enterprises and foreign enterprises selling goods or services to Norwegian end users.

Key provisions

1. 01

   OECD-based due diligence

   Conduct due diligence in accordance with the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

2. 02

   Annual due diligence report

   Publish an annual account of due diligence assessments, identifying the most salient human rights risks.

3. 03

   Right to information

   Respond within three weeks to written requests from the public about due diligence.
